Objectives are how we will measure the success of the marketing plan once it is implemented

Strategies address how objectives are to be achieved

Tactics are the specific actions, details, and activities that must occur in order for the strategy to succeed and the objective to be met

Increase general awareness of the clinic with infographics, as evident via questionnaires, by December of 2024. 

Post infographics regarding the Student Outreach Clinic in common spaces (restrooms, study tables, hallways, etc.) around campus and local drug stores.

Have information tables hosted by students in the Campus Center once a day during the week

Increase local pharmacies knowledge of the clinic, and ask to share with the community​

Have a 10% volume increase of volunteers for the clinic by December 2024.

Share information around the nursing building, school of medicine buildings, and dental school buildings, and encourage professors within these schools to encourage students to volunteer. 

Give a QR code to professors to hand out to related classes for students to scan and get information on signing up to volunteer

Share volunteer information to managers of local clinics and hospitals to inform employees of volunteer opportunities​​​​​

Have a 10% volume increase of new patients at the clinic seeking primary care and preventative care by January of 2025. 

Share information via infographics and brochures around campus, local drug stores, and local grocery stores in common spaces, that include the services offered and general information about the clinic. 

Set up information tables around Indianapolis with volunteers to answer questions for future clients

Encourage clients of the clinic to spread the services offered at the clinic to their community, friends, and family

​
