Below the Mission Statement and Situational Analysis for this marketing plan is described.
Providing free primary care to empower a community in need.
The business wants to serve a community in need, and the consumer wants free healthcare. Thus, the statement highlights the action (primary care), target market (people of the community), and the outcome to measure (helping people in need). This mission statement highlights the point of the goal, philosophy, self-concept, public image, etc., of the Student Outreach Clinic’s focus on primary care.
The clinic presents with strong characteristics and unique challenges that must be examined to properly market it.
The topics of internal and external factors, economic environment, social environment, and a competitive analysis will be examined to determine the best pathway to market the clinic. Ultimately determining, the clinic unique take on providing free care with free volunteers is extremely rewarding for those serving and being served, although also poses the largest threat for the continuation of having the resources to provide care.
